Welcome New Client You'll find all the info you need for your first session on this page: Finding the practice Practice address: Easy Tone Studio Clients who are unfamiliar with Tweed Heads South sometimes get lost because Machinery Drive becomes Greenway Drive! Here's a Google Map ... and some directions: From Minjungbal Drive, turn into Machinery Drive at the lights opposite Tweed City. Continue along Machinery Drive, past Aldi on your left, and the road becomes Greenway Drive. Continue round the bend under the Pacific Higway overpass. Keep going past the Harvey Norman centre (Bunnings, Harvey Norman) on your left. Take the next LEFT into Corporation Circuit. It comes up soon after Harvey Norman. Almost immediately you turn into the RIGHT part of Corporation Circuit. Keep driving round the bend and
My office is upstairs. After you enter the building, would you be so kind as to leave your shoes in the shelves just inside the front door, please? Take the stairs up to the first floor, make yourself comfy on the sofa and I'll see you soon. You'll find the toilet at the back of the building, last right, just past the kitchen. The other thing I would ask is that you don't bring food or drink of any kind into my room please. Please Note: During 2012 the Sexton Hill upgrade is in progress which means there can be delays getting off the highway and onto Minjungal Drive. IGNORE YOUR GPS and follow the road signs. On the Pacific Highway, continue along the bypass. You go past 3 exits saying Tweed Heads/Coolongatta, keep driving, (in other words, don’t take any of these exits) you’ll go through the little tunnel and past the back of the airport and into NSW. Keep driving till you see the sign that says Tweed Heads South. A few hundred metres on you'll see a yellow sign saying Retail and Trade Centre. Take this exit which loops you round into Minjungal Drive. Go through the first set of lights, get into the left lane and go left at the next set of lights which takes you into Machinery Drive. Keep going and the road becomes Greenway Drive. Adults Children Please Note: If you want to cancel or change your appointment, I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice by phone. A $65.00 cancellation fee applies if less than 24 hours notice is given. No I don't take credit cards, sorry! Cash or cheque are good. If you don't carry cash you might find it convenient to do an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from your computer or phone. I'll give you my bank details when you come for your session. Can I get a Health Fund rebate for your sessions? No, your Health Fund is unlikely to give you a refund for your CST session with me. You may be able to use your receipt to claim your session as a business related expense, so speak with your accountant about this. I work NSW time during daylight saving months. If you're on Queensland time you're 1 hour earlier. Daylight saving ends Sunday April 3, 2011, begins Sunday October 2, 2011.
Can I bring my other children and/or my partner to the session? I want to do my very best work with your child. A quiet, still room allows me to focus all my attention on the child I am treating without distraction. The fewer people there are in the room, the more attention I can give the child I am treating. There is a comfortable waiting area where other children or partners can wait while I am treating your child. If your partner wants to know more about what I do or how I treat I'm happy to make an appointment time for discussion. Wear comfortable clothes. You don't remove any of your clothing, or undress. The only thing I will ever ask you to take off is a very thick belt or dangly earrings. If your hair is tied up in a ponytail, or with combs I'll usually ask you to take that out as well. In the cooler weather it's good to have something warm to put on over what you're wearing after the session. I provide rugs and pillows to make you comfortable. The practice is cooled in summer and heated in winter. It's a good idea to give yourself about 15 minutes quiet time after your session. You might want to sit in reception, or in your car. Sometimes clients like to take a walk, or go and have a cuppa. The idea is that you give your Central Nervous System and your body a chance to integrate the work before you ask your brain and body to drive you safely through the traffic. This is particularly important if you have a long drive home. Some clients like to go home and have a rest after their session, but this isn't what everyone will want to do. The main thing is that you have a few minutes rest after your session.
